Terms & Conditions

By booking in-person or online golf instruction (including private and group lessons) with Justin Archuleta Golf, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Participation

   • Lessons are available for individuals and groups, both in person and online. 

   • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate equipment, internet access (for online lessons), and a safe practice environment.

2. Cancellations

   • All private and group lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time by emailing: justinarchuletagolf@gmail.com. 

   • Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the session and no refund or credit, unless the time can be filled by another client (in which case a credit will be issued).

3. Late Policy

   • Participants should arrive/log in 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. 

   • All lessons end 50 minutes after the scheduled start time, regardless of arrival time. 

   • If a participant is 15 minutes late or more, the lesson will be cancelled, and the lesson will be forfeited with no refund or credit.

4. Refunds & Credits
   Clients will receive a refund or credit only when:

   • The client notifies Justin at least 24 hours before the lesson start time. 

   • The instructor cancels the lesson due to extreme weather (for in-person lessons) or unforeseen circumstances. 

   • The client informs Justin of a medical condition and the instructor determines it is unsafe to participate; in this case, a credit will be issued to rebook at a later date. 

   • No refund will be made once the client has paid for and completed the first lesson in a package or program.

5. Health & Safety

   • Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions prior to the lesson. 

   • Justin Archuleta Golf is not liable for injuries or damages arising from participation, except where required by law.

6. Online Lesson Requirements

   • Clients are responsible for providing video footage (if requested), maintaining a stable internet connection, and following all instructions to ensure effective communication and safe practice.

By scheduling and paying for a lesson, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
